Refund policy

Add Betty Butterfly, every product is custom made just for you with love! Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for: change of mind, ordering the wrong size, personal preference, or  damaged items after delivery. In the rare event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear proof of the defect. We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
